Review on Micromax canvas A1

Hello folks, In this blog I am going to give a short review on Micromax canvas A1 smart phone. The model number of the mobile is AQ4501. I have been using this mobile for nearly one month really impressed by the performance of this device, It really has a high end physical configuration at a reasonable price of 6,500 INR.

Coming to the software specs of the device it comes with Android Kitkat(4.4.4) and google have promised to give free android updates for two years (i.e) Android one users will get updates on Lolipop and Milkshake. The device supports almost everything which is supported by google nexus, This mobile also called as Nexus of middle class people. The camera of the phone is average which comes with 5mp on the rear and 2mp mp on the front. The camera has a panorama view,blur view etc and it supports 1080 video recording. The processor of the mobile is 1.3 GHZ with quad core, It has a 1GB Ram and 4GB internal storage where 2.10mb will be left for users after the OS installation.

The device has a 1700mah lion battery which gives life to the device for 4 – 5 hours on heavy usage and 9 hours normally, The battery backup of the device is less compared to unite 2. The screen of the device is 4.5-inch FWVGA capacitive touchscreen with 480 x 854 pixels resolution and 16M color support, But the screen doesn’t come with a gorilla glass so it is vulnerable to scratches and that’s why amazon gives a free scratch card on the purchase of this device. And it has 1 year manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchase.

The phone comes in two colors black and white. It supports Video Calls, Dual SIM, GPS, Music Player, Video Player, FM Radio, G sensor, Proximity sensor, Light sensor, E-mail.
